At Shree Barsana, we strive to deliver high-quality spiritual and devotional products. Due to the sacred and consumable nature of many items, our return and exchange policies are carefully designed.

Eligible Returns or Exchanges (Apply only for Human’s Garments or Dresses; not applied on any spiritual items, Deities Dresses, Shringar and Bhog items)

Products may be eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery only if:

• The product is damaged during transit
• The product received is incorrect
• The product has manufacturing defects

Conditions for Return

To qualify for a return:

• Product must be unused and in original packaging
• All tags, labels and packaging must be intact
• Proof of purchase or order ID must be provided
• An unboxing video or clear images may be required for verification

Non-Returnable Items

The following products are generally not eligible for return or exchange:

• Opened or used products
• Bhog / edible items
• Deity Shringar, Dresses
• Puja consumables (incense, powders, oils etc.)
• Items purchased during special sale or promotional offers

Exchange Process

If your exchange request is approved:

• We will arrange for a replacement product
• In case replacement is unavailable, a refund may be processed
